Recipe Number Two

Day one, recipe two. Oh boy. I decided to try Chapel Fudge for dessert. So, feeling pretty confident, I got out the needed ingredients and started following the directions. My fudge pretty much failed from the start. I think (but I'm not sure) that the problem was that I used organic sugar (not refined and coarser). The end result was a lumpy, runny, crunchy brown glob. It was a disaster. I wish I knew what I did wrong. Well, it was bound to happen sometime. If anybody has any suggestions, I would really appreciate them because I would like to know what went wrong.

  1. Miss Jaime! First of all, I think your blog is adorable. Secondly, my sisters make fudge at least once a year and I have heard it is quite the feat to know exactly how long to cook it, etc. I will ask about some tricks to make your next fudge experience a little more successful. :)
